Hellwig Pro Series Steel Helper Springs

Two in one action. The Hellwig Pro Series helper spring provides load assist and sway control in one. The Pro Series has a patented self-adjusting design, no moving parts to wear out, replace or maintain and a lifetime warranty.

SilentRide Option

The Pro Series offers a SilentRide option to 'silence' the spring. This upgrade includes a polyurethane block that is mounted between the helper spring and the spring.

Pro Series Features

The Hellwig Load Pro Series helper spring is designed for full sized pickup trucks, vans, RVs, and sport utility vehicles. The kit contains 2 heavy duty leaf assemblies that run over both sides of the axle. A separate mounting hardware kit must be purchased with these heavy duty helper springs.

Hellwig Load Pro series steel leaf helper springs are designed for full sized pickup trucks, vans, RVs, and sport utility vehicles, and offer 1500 lbs, 2500 lbs. or 3500 lbs. of level load support. Ideal for helping manage your load more efficiently, these kits are easy to install and require little or no maintenance.

The Sport Series helper springs are designed for light to medium-duty load leveling. The Sport series springs are perfect to help stabilize your weekend haul, and ideal for weekend or the occassional hauler. They provide load-assist, sway control, reduce body roll and improve side-to-side load control.

The Hellwig EZ Level Helper Spring Series is designed for light to medium loads. They provide increased spring rate and increased stability. The EZ Level series range from 550 lb leveling up to 1200 lb level load capacity. They are a single leaf design and are simple to install with basic hand tools.

The history of Hellwig Products Co, Inc. began in Kansas City, Kansas in the early forties. With son Donald by his side, Rudolph, " Ruddy" Hellwig, began designing and manufacturing "Helper Springs". The business was moved to Southern California in the mid forties and incorporated in 1946.

By the mid 60's the company's southern California location proved to be to small and Don moved the Manufacturing facility to its current location in Visalia, California. Throughout the years Hellwig products has developed innovative suspension products that help vehicles handle loads and control sway. Products include Anti-Sway bars aftermarket and O.E.M. Also the most popular and imitated load assist products ever introduced to the light truck aftermarket, the "Load Pro 25 Series".

With a third generation of Hellwig, Don's son Mark directing the business a whole new series of innovations is being introduced. Included in these innovations is the "Next Generation" of load assist springs the patented "Pro Series" line of springs. Plus, a unique adjustable feature on new Anti-sway bar designs. Hellwig is proud to introduce the "FastRack" motorcycle racking system for toyhaulers and light trucks. Now beginning its 60th year Hellwig Products continues to introduce new materials, processes and manufacturing techniques into its product lines.
