I doubt you have this item even though you have it shown and priced, I understand there is none made by the mfg yet and probably will not be until May or June. You are better off removing it from site. I would buy one in a heart beat but I have already ordered it 4 times from others that said they were in stock only to be told they were not and had to wait days to get a credit.

We have the Tri-Ball mount on our website because we have sold and shipped them in the last 6 months. Yes, they currently are on backorder. The latest update as of today is early April. We keep them on our website so customers can backorder them and wait. We do not bill credits cards until orders ship. What the warranty does not cover

Normal wear and tear over time, damage from abuse or neglect, and damage resulting from accidents is not covered. Improper installation including welding will void any warranty.

Any alteration of products beyond the included installation instructions will void the warranty.
