What are the spring rates (#/in) of the SS30 and SS31 springs? Also, do you know which spring I would need for stock replacement on a 1997 Ford F250HD with the 7.3 Diesel, Supercab, 8' bed?

Unfortunately, Super Springs have only provided the total capacities of 3,935 lbs. and 5,000 lbs. and they will not provide an lbs/in spring rate. Both the SSC-30 and SSC-31 will be far beyond what was offered as a factory spring they will both be a Heavy duty replacement and much stiffer than the original. The SSC-31 is only recommended for commercial use due to its high capacity of 5,000 lbs.

I have a 2012 Ford F 350 6.7 Diesel. Im looking for a replacement variable rate coil springs for the front axle to soften the ride. Will these springs do that? Thank you

These SSC-30 coil springs are a constant rate heavy duty spring so I would not recommend them if you are looking to soften your ride. At this time the coils that we carry for your truck are all constant rate and heavy duty so they will stiffen the ride but allow for a plow or heavy front bumper and winch to be supported.

About the springs SSC-31 and SSC-30, what is the free standing height of each and the diameter of the coil material of each? Thank you.

The Super Coils SSC-30 is 16.30" tall and has a .875 diameter. The SSC-31 is 16.00 inches tall with a .937 diameter.

What the warranty does not cover

Vehicle use in excess of GVWR, combined vehicle weights/ tow ratings or other OEM design specifications or limitations. Normal wear and tear, deterioration of spring shape or rating, alteration, product modification, improper installation or failure to maintain. Scratches or defects in product finishes (powder coating, paint, etc.) or damage due to shipping. Abnormal or misuse, including products used other than as recommended in the current SuperSprings™ application guide or the instructions. Racing or other vehicle competitions or contests. Accidents, impact by rocks, trees, obstacles or other aspects of the environment. Heavily loaded commercial use on unpaved road conditions.
