I have had this product on my hitch for almost a year. Now I can't remember how to take it off. No matter what I do, m,y old, arthritic hands can't open the lock. I can turn the key, but nothing seems to change. Can you email me instructions for this Bulldog hitch pin? I'm pretty sure it's the one I have - at least the key and hitch lock look like mine. Your pin sku is 580401.

Tom, We checked and they do not have print instructions that we could email you. The end of the trailer hitch lock that has the key in it pulls off when turning and pushing in the key. It is a 2 piece lock and the end with the key pulls off. The part the needs to come off with the key in it about 1-3/4" long and will pull off the lock stem when turning the key.
