can I mount a 22K 5th wheel hitch with this "ford" adapter (RP30156)?

This mounting adapter is made to be used with industry standard 5th wheel setups. Your hitch needs to have the distance between the mounting feet of the hitch at 20-1/2" apart (center to center) or 29" apart (center to center) from side to side and the mounting points will need to be 22" (center to center) from the front the back. This adapter is rated up to 20,000 LBS capacity and that should not be exceeded.

You state above this is for 2011-2015. Will this work on a 2016 F350? Thanks

Reese has not update their application guide at this time. We spoke with their tech support and they advised it will fit the 2016 F-250, F-350 as long as you have the factory hitch prep package.

Will this adapter fit a 2016 chevy 3500 long bed

This adapter is designed specifically for Ford trucks. We checked with Reese and they do not have anything for the 2016 Chevy 3500 at this time.

If the hitch has the ISR (Industry Standard Rails) installation kit it should work but you would need to measure to confirm. The distance side to side between the mounting feet of the hitch will have to be either 20-1/2" apart from center to center or 29" apart from center to center.
