Arnott SK-3936 new rear shock absorber for the BMW X5 is built with a custom-tuned, velocity-sensitive, damper calibrated to provide an smooth yet responsive ride.

The completely new shock includes a new polyurethane bump stop, protective dust boot, and new top and bottom mounts along with coil resistor to eliminate any suspension dashboard warning lights.

What the warranty does not cover

The customer shall be responsible for any transportation and installation costs. This warranty does not apply to cosmetic damage, such as scratches, nicks and dents; normal wear and tear, unless product damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship, damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes, damage caused by improper installation, or damage to a product that has been modified or altered without the written permission of Arnott Inc.
