I am attaching two aluminum duels, hub piloted and about 1" studs to hubs with stud pilot, 3/4" studs. See nut "Inner Cap Wheel Nut, 3/4"-16 Thread, 3.06 inch long, Right (and Left)". What is the diameter of the pilot portion that fits into the first rim, not threaded? What diameter is it and what size hole is it for, aka clearance? What angle bevel...45*? I have to find tooling to open aluminum rims holes from 1" to fit the above wheel nut and make the bevel.

The pilot portion of this inner nut is 1.125" The angle appears to be at 45°. For clearance you would want the hole in the rim to start in the 1.135" - 1.150". If you have a bud style wheel you can use that as an example for bevel and hole sizing as these inner nuts will be a standard item.
