Will this work on a 07 dodge 3500 Doully cab & chassis with a flat bead?

Unfortunately, Air Lift does not produce a kit for the Cab and Chassis models but fortunately, Firestone does. There are 2 kits available for 2007 Dodge 3500 Cab and Chassis depending on how the truck is configured. A 3500 4x4 C+C dually will use a 2299 kit. A 3500HD 2wd and 4wd C+C will use a 2478 kit with 8" of tire to frame clearance required. Feel free to call me at 800-358-4751 with any questions.

Can the air lift 7500 xl airbags work on a 2004 dodge ram 2500 cummins?

I contacted Air Lift tech support and they confirmed that the 57595 will fit a 2004 Dodge 2500 4WD with a Cummins.

I had the 7500xl bags put on about 4 months ago. The drivers side axle bump stop that the bag sits on has sheared off. Is there a better way to support these bags?

There is no alternate way to secure the kit to your truck. If a part of the kit is broken or you are having issues with the kit you will need to call Air Lift Company at (800) 248-0892 to to make a warranty claim. Air Lift handles all of their warranty claims directly.

Does the 7500xl have internal bump stops?

Air Lift 7500 XL kits doe not have an internal bump stop. Air LIft 5000 Ultimate and Ultimate Plus air bags kits do have an internal bump stop.

How to get service

If a defect in workmanship or materials causes your Air Lift product to become inoperable within the warranty period, before returning any defective product, call Air Lift Company at (800) 248-0892 in the U.S. and Canada (elsewhere, (517) 322-2144 to obtain a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) number. The consumer shall be responsible for removing (labor charges) the defective product from the vehicle and returning it, shipping costs prepaid, to Air Lift Company for verification.
