why must you change both at the same time?

The OE air springs use a separate air reservoir aside from the air spring which Arnott bags do not need. It makes them a lot quicker and easier to install, but if you have an Arnott bag on one side and an OE on the other the computer will read the pressure as being off and overfill one side, making the car sit unlevel.

Arnott's products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for the warranty period from the date of purchase.

What the warranty does not cover

The customer shall be responsible for any transportation and installation costs. This warranty does not apply to cosmetic damage, such as scratches, nicks and dents; normal wear and tear, unless product damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship, damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes, damage caused by improper installation, or damage to a product that has been modified or altered without the written permission of Arnott Inc.
