Bilstein Warranty

If a shock/strut malfunctions and BILSTEIN determines it to be defective, Bilstein will either replace it or repair it, depending on the term of the warranty based on the assembly's model type.

Lifetime Limited Warranty - On gas pressure shock absorbers and struts for as long as you, the original purchaser, own your car. B3 OE Replacement (Air), B6 Series, B8 5100 Series, B8 5112 Series, B8 6100 Series, B8 Control Arms, B8 Performance Plus, B12 Series.

90 Day Limited Warranty - On AK Series, AS2 Series, AS2-R Series, AS2 Series, AS2-R Series, B1 (Components), B8 5125, B8 5165, B8 5165 Classic, B8 8125, BILSTEIN Clubsport, Black Hawk Powersports.

What the warranty does not cover

Original equipment shock absorbers: if your vehicle was equipped with BILSTEIN from the factory (original equipment) warranty claims must be directed to the vehicle manufacturer.*

Improper installation, racing, driving competition or off-road use, modified use or applications other than Bilstein recommended vehicles, commercial vehicles, bent or broken rods showing abuse or abnormal wear, surface finish, boot or mounting hardware, rubber bushings are not covered.

Labor charges are not covered by any of the foregoing limited warranties.
