Hellwig Load Pro 35 Helper Springs

This Hellwig helper spring set features Progressive Spring Rate and Fulltime Spring Rate design, this spring is the workhorse of the Hellwig Spring line. With the Progressive design the vehicle must be loaded and its spring compressed to activate the Hellwig Spring, therefore as the vehicles load increases the Hellwig Helper Spring progressively increases its resistance to the load. In the Fulltime design the Hellwig Spring reacts immediately to the vehicles load, compressing very little as a load is applied to the vehicle.

Manufactured with heat treated ASTM 5160 alloy spring steel these units increase your vehicles level load carrying capacity up to the manufacturer’s Gross Vehicle Weight Rating. Designed to install on full size pick-up trucks and vans, this unit requires mounting hardware to accommodate 2 1/2" or 3" wide leaf springs. Ideal for helping manage your load more efficiently, these kits are easy to install and require little or no maintenance. Just “Set it and forget it”. The LP 35 is rated at 3500lbs level load carrying capacity, do not exceed the Gross Vehicle Weight Rating.

The Hellwig Load Pro 35 Series helper spring is designed for full sized pickup trucks, vans, RVs, and sport utility vehicles. The kit contains 2 heavy duty leaf assemblies that run over both sides of the axle. A mounting hardware kit is included with these heavy duty helper springs.

Can helper spring work in conjunction with air bags on my 4x4 2000 F250/

Hellwig Heavy Duty Helper spring kit 3520-25300 will work with air springs depending on how your air springs are mounted. The Hellwig Helper Springs mount on top of your leaf springs. If your air springs are mounted on the axle, they mount under the frame and above the axle this Hellwig kit will work. If your air bags are leaf spring mounted, they sit on top of the leaf springs, the Hellwig kit will not work because there will not be enough clearance for the air springs with the Hellwig kit under them.
