will this spring fit positively on the front of my 1988 flc 120 if not I am locking for two springs 55 in long 4 in. wide 1/2 in. thick and full paper to add to the bottom of my springs

The spring # 46-1234 will fit this application as long as it fits the following requirements: 1) This is a 4 leaf tapered spring. 2) This spring has a RNK bushing in both spring eyes which measure 1-1/4" ID. This also means that it would take a solid spring eye pin. 3) The measurements are 26" x 29" from the centerbolt to the center of the bushing at each end. Measuring along the line of the main leaf. 4) This a 4" wide spring. 5) If there was a way to give us the 17 digit VIN number, we could call Freightliner to see if they have an OEM spring part number for your truck. Then we could try to cross reference that part number to our numbers. This would be the most positive way to figure out what spring is on your truck.

What the warranty does not cover

Damage from accidents, corrosion, improper installation, incorrect applications, overloading, and custom applications that are not specified under the OEM cross references. This warranty does not cover loss of freight, loss of profit, equipment, or personal downtime. Any alteration of products will void the warranty. Warranty is void if new u-bolts are not installed when the new leaf spring is installed. Using existing u-bolts is a common cause for leaf spring breakage and failure.
