Catalog Notes (Front Springs):
1. Front springs are grouped by basic type:
- Eyes both ends
- Eye by cast plates
- Eye by slipper
- Slipper by slipper
2. Within each basic type, similar springs are separated into subsections:
- Each subsection lists the most common models and years for the listed springs.
- Model listings are provided as a general guide; verify spring by dimensions if necessary.
- The Mack truck illustrations will help in model identification.
3. Certain models are known as "Mack Western" models:
- These models are FL, FS, RL, RS, RWL, RWS, WL, and WS.
- These models are usually, but not always, found in the western states.
